Don't Go to Little Rock
Disturbing news: a 17-year-old boy was shot and wounded Sunday by an Arkansas State Police trooper. Apparently he was angry because his grandmother had told him to stop playing his violent video games. (The boy not the police officer.)
What's worse: this shooting was the second by a state trooper in five days. On March 7, a trooper fatally shot a mentally and physically handicapped man near Springdale after mistaking him for a fugitive from Michigan.
